Itinerary

A land of breathtaking contrasts, where towering mountains meet endless beaches, and the wild roams free across vast savannas.

Arrive in Cape Town and transfer to your hotel in the city center. Spend the afternoon exploring the colorful Bo-Kaap district and the vibrant V&A Waterfront, filled with shops, restaurants, and street performers. In the evening, take a sunset cruise to see the city skyline and Table Mountain bathed in golden light.

Start your day with a cable car ride up Table Mountain for panoramic views of Cape Town and its surrounding beaches. Afterward, visit Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned for years. Take a guided tour around the island and learn about South Africa’s turbulent past. Enjoy a relaxed dinner in one of Cape Town’s top restaurants, perhaps with views of the harbor.

Embark on a scenic drive around the Cape Peninsula, visiting the beautiful beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton. Stop at Boulders Beach to see the famous colony of African penguins. Continue on to the Cape of Good Hope, the southernmost point of the peninsula, and hike or drive to the lighthouse for incredible ocean views. On the way back, visit Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden.

Spend the day in the renowned Cape Winelands, located just outside the city. Visit Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Franschhoek, where you can tour vineyards, taste world-class wines, and indulge in delicious local cuisine. Take time to explore the charming towns, with their colonial architecture and stunning mountain views. Return to Cape Town in the evening.

Fly to Kruger National Park, one of Africa’s premier safari destinations. After arriving at your lodge or camp, settle in and prepare for your first safari game drive. Kruger is home to an incredible variety of wildlife, including the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhinoceros). Spend the evening relaxing by the fire, listening to the sounds of the African bush.

Enjoy an early morning safari game drive to see the wildlife at its most active. After breakfast, you can relax at the lodge or join a walking safari with an experienced guide to learn about the plants, animals, and tracks in the area. In the afternoon, head out for another game drive, hoping to catch a glimpse of more elusive animals. Return to your lodge for a well-earned dinner and recount the day’s experiences.

If your schedule allows, take one last morning game drive for a final opportunity to spot wildlife. Afterward, fly back to Cape Town, where you can spend your last few hours exploring any remaining sights or shopping for souvenirs. Depending on your flight time, you could even visit the District Six Museum to learn about the city’s history of apartheid. Depart in the evening or the following morning, filled with memories of an unforgettable journey.
