Day 1 Arrival in Santorini
Upon arrival, our team will welcome you and arrange the transfer to your hotel in Fira or Oia, known for their caldera views. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walk through Fira, including a visit to the Archaeological Museum of Thira. Enjoy a traditional Greek dinner complete with local specialties like moussaka and souvlaki.
Day 2 Oia & Sunset Views
After breakfast, visit the iconic village of Oia, famous for its whitewashed houses and blue-domed churches. Stroll through its picturesque streets with plenty of photo opportunities at every turn. Our visit will include the Maritime Museum and the historic Castle of Oia. As the evening approaches, we’ll secure a perfect spot for you to experience Santorini’s world-famous sunset, with breathtaking views as the sun dips beneath the Aegean horizon.
Day 3 Akrotiri & Red Beach
Begin the day with a visit to the ancient ruins of Akrotiri, one of the best-preserved Minoan archaeological sites, buried beneath volcanic ash since the 16th century BC. Continue to the dramatic Red Beach, famous for its striking cliffs and crystal-clear waters. Enjoy time to swim or relax by the shore, followed by a leisurely seaside lunch with freshly caught seafood at a traditional taverna.
Day 4 Pyrgos & Hidden Santorini
Discover the charming village of Pyrgos, with its winding streets, traditional houses, and panoramic views from the medieval castle. Visit historic churches and browse local artisan shops. In the afternoon, head to the Prophet Elias Monastery, the highest point on the island, for stunning views and a peaceful break at a traditional Greek café.
Day 5 Santorini’s Beaches & Kamari Village
Spend a relaxing day by the sea at Kamari Beach, known for its black volcanic sand and lively promenade. Unwind under a beach umbrella, swim in the clear waters, or rent a bike to explore the scenic coastline. In the evening, enjoy a seaside dinner at one of Kamari’s charming waterfront restaurants, with sunset views over the Aegean.
Day 6 Fira to Oia Hike
Embark on the famous hike from Fira to Oia, a stunning 10-kilometer (6-mile) trail that takes you along the caldera edge. The hike offers some of the best views of the island, with breathtaking panoramas of the caldera, the volcano, and the surrounding islands. Stop for photos and enjoy a break in one of the quaint villages along the way. Once in Oia, relax and explore the village further, perhaps shopping for local jewelry or artwork. End the day with another unforgettable sunset.
Day 7 Volcano Tour & Hot Springs
After breakfast, take a boat tour to the volcanic islands of Nea Kameni and Palea Kameni. Explore the active craters and hike up to the top of Nea Kameni for incredible views of the caldera. Afterward, take a dip in the natural hot springs of Palea Kameni, where the warm waters are rich in minerals. Return to Santorini and spend your last evening enjoying a final sunset and a leisurely dinner.
Day 8 Departure
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure.
